Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Orders must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the purchase delivery date. That means you have 14 days from the day the order becomes available for pick-up at your collection point to return an item to us for a refund. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We do not offer exchanges, all returned items will be refunded. Need it in a different size, please place a new order. Please note that the 14-day return policy does not apply to items that are custom-made specifically for you. We do not offer returns to legal entities, if not agreed separately.
To return an item, please email customer service at info@skyhighdesign.shop to obtain Return Note or download it from here. After filling the Return Note, email it to us, pack the item securely, and post it to the following address:

You also have an option to return your parcel through DPD, Omniva or Itella Smartpost parcel lockers, addressed to “Tartu Raadimõisa Coop/Konsum”.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the arrival of your return to process your return. If we detect any further usage marks on the product we take the rights to decrease the refundable amount by the caused decrease of the product price. If you refund only a part of your order then the shipping costs to be refunded will also be proportionally divided. You will be refunded on your original payment method.
